PROMOTION CRITERIA & RULES
- The sale of each EXPRESS KEY for the cost of $100.00 is to promote clean cars and increase customer business. Each person who purchases an EXPRESS KEY during this promotion for car washing and or vacuuming will receive a bonus at the time of purchase to complete an entry form for the opportunity as first prize winner to become the new owner of the VANITY CAR WASH, INC., including the ice cream store, real-estate and inventory. The new owner will receive The Vanity Car Wash, Inc. “Free and Clear” of any and all liens, property taxes or transfer fees. (Within the parameters of MCL 750.372.) Second prize winner will be the new owner of a Mercedes Benz E 320.
- There will be 1 opportunity in 6,000 purchased EXPRESS KEYS during the promotion to become the owner of THE VANITY CAR WASH, INC. as first prize or Mercedes E 320, second prize.
- Funds from purchased promotion EXPRESS KEYS will be held in an escrow account until the end of the promotion.

Cost will be $100.00 for wash time plus $5.00 key cost. - Visit the website and place your purchase thru PayPal. Cost will be $100.00 for wash time plus $5.00 key cost and $5.00 shipping and handling.
PROMOTION PERIOD
- The promotion will end at the time 6,000 EXPRESS KEYS. The officers of The Vanity Car Wash, Inc. may end the promotion at anytime and have a drawing for a new owner. If the promotion ends for any reason other than the drawing of a new owner, EXPRESS KEY purchasers who purchased during the promotion may have the unused value of their EXPRESS KEY refunded either by presenting their EXPRESS KEY or by mailing their EXPRESS KEY to The Vanity Car Wash Inc., 214 S. Broad St., Hillsdale, MI 49242. EXPRESS KEYS obtained through direct purchase will be refunded the unused value of the EXPRESS KEY(S) less the processing fee of $5.00 per purchase to cover administrative costs. EXPRESS KEYS purchased through PayPal will be refunded the unused value of the EXPRESS KEY(S) less the processing fee of $10.00 per purchase to cover administrative costs including mailing and postage requirements.
- EXPRESS KEY purchasers must notify Vanity Car Wash Inc. in writing of any change of their contact information.
- Upon conclusion of the promotion, all information regarding the promotion will be posted on the web site at www.keystoyourbusiness.com
- The customer drawn to become the new owner of The Vanity Car Wash, Inc. understands and agrees to honor promotional EXPRESS KEYS for a minimum of 60 calendar days after the transfer of ownership of the Vanity Car Wash, Inc.
- By purchasing an EXPRESS KEY during this promotion, purchaser is automatically granting Vanity Car Wash, Inc. permission to publish his/her first name, first initial of last name and city and state of residence should he/she have their name drawn.
Officers or stockholders of The Vanity Car Wash, Inc. are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
